A Little About Me
I am married to my childhood sweetheart, Joel-Michael, and together we are raising our two children, Monica and Damien, and expecting baby #3 in September 2019.
I love romantic moonlight walks on the beach. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream on brownies during a movie night. I love earl grey tea, and reading books by Francine Rivers. I am passionate about photography, and I'm obsessed with gallery-wrapped canvases - I wish I could have them all over my house!
Why I Do What I Do
When I was a sophomore in college, I had a friend of mine take some pictures of me to celebrate the warm weather. They are some of the best photos I have of myself. Ever since that day I have been in love with crisp, high quality photos. I believe that everyone deserves to see their true beauty and worth. A good photo can help you to see this! I know most photographers prefer to be behind the camera, taking the photos, but I love both sides of it!
A Little About My Skills
I graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville in May of 2015 with a degree in Communication Arts. I took classes there that helped me improve my photography, but I am primarily a self-taught photographer; I have learned everything I know from my photographer mentors, blogs, YouTube, and lots and lots of practice! I bought my first high-end camera in 2012 and started my business in 2013.
